Supervisors in a warehouse control room monitoring live operations beside automated conveyors and racking

Homegrown South African supply chain execution software

From insight to action.

Control at the point of work.

One connected execution platform for production floors, warehouses and delivery fleets, directing the operation in real time.

Performance is made or lost at the point of work.

It happens where people, product, systems and process meet: in the scan, the transaction, the handover.

Qwix places control at each of these points. A scanner tells the operator what to do next, the system checks it was done correctly, and supervisors see the result as it happens.

Qwix is developed in South Africa, for South African operations. It was one of the first warehouse management systems in the country designed specifically for the South African market, with 30+ years on the floor built into every release.

The Qwix Standard

Thorough from Core up.

Every Qwix tier is built to the same standard of thoroughness, which makes Qwix the most reliable South African option for warehouse and supply chain control.

Qwix is homegrown. It is built around the scenarios, challenges and legacy infrastructure South African operations work with, so organisations can digitise and advance with more detail and control, in a simpler and more accessible way.

Common questions

What is Qwix?

Qwix is supply chain execution software developed in South Africa by QWIX Supply Chain Solutions. It is one product, available in three tiers: Core, Next and Flex. It applies to three areas of the supply chain: warehouse management, manufacturing execution and proof of delivery.

Does Qwix replace my ERP?

No. Qwix directs the work on the floor. Your ERP stays in charge of valuation, purchasing, invoicing and the general ledger. Qwix connects to your ERP so that receipts, dispatches and confirmed deliveries reach it as they happen.

Can I start small?

Yes. Most operations start on Core, from R19,000 ex VAT per month, with full warehouse control for one site and one stock owner. You move to a higher tier when you need tracking, more sites, or production and delivery control, without replacing Qwix.

Which ERP systems does Qwix integrate with?

Qwix integrates with more than 10 ERP systems, including SYSPRO, SAP, SAP Business One, Sage X3, Microsoft Dynamics NAV and JD Edwards, through the Qwix Air™ integration engine.

Where is Qwix based?

Qwix is a South African company with its head office in Brackenfell, Cape Town, and teams in the Western Cape and Gauteng. Technical support is available 24/7. Qwix has expanded to Europe, with a sales presence in Belgium.
