One product. One connected record.
From raw material to customer sign-off.
Qwix applies to the warehouse, the production floor and the final mile on one execution layer, so finished goods flow into the warehouse, dispatches feed delivery, and confirmed deliveries trigger invoicing.
- ProduceManufacturing execution runs the work order. Finished goods flow into the warehouse.
- Store and dispatchWarehouse management directs every movement. Dispatches feed delivery.
- DeliverProof of delivery captures the handover with signature, photo, GPS and timestamp.
- InvoiceConfirmed deliveries trigger invoicing in your ERP.
Execution software directs the work as it happens.
Qwix sits between your ERP and the people doing the work.
The ERP plans: what to buy, what to make, what to ship and what to invoice. Qwix executes: it tells each operator which task comes next, checks every scan against the plan and records the result at the moment it happens.
Because the result is recorded at the scan, the transaction or the handover, supervisors see the real state of the operation during the shift. Errors are stopped at the point where they would have been made.
Control at three points of work
- The scan. Every item, bin and pallet movement is confirmed by barcode.
- The transaction. Receipts, transfers, picks and production output post to one shared record.
- The handover. Goods change hands with proof: production to warehouse, warehouse to vehicle, driver to customer.
Areas of application
Warehouse management (WMS)
Control every movement. Receiving validation, directed putaway, real-time inventory movement, batch and serial traceability, system-directed picking, packing validation and dispatch execution. Included from Core.
Manufacturing execution (MES)
Turn production into performance. Live OEE monitoring, work order execution, BOM enforcement, embedded quality checkpoints, full production traceability and material flow to the warehouse. Available on higher tiers.
Proof of delivery (ePOD)
Deliver visibility and accelerate cash flow. Digital route management, electronic proof of delivery, exception and dispute capture, offline field resilience and direct ERP and invoicing integration. Available on higher tiers.
Core, Next and Flex
One product in three tiers, delivered as a service on the Qwix Framework and hosted on Microsoft Azure. Core from R19,000 ex VAT per month.

Common questions
What does “one connected record” mean?
Production, warehouse and delivery work on shared data. A pallet produced on the production floor is the same pallet the warehouse receives, stores and dispatches, and the same consignment the driver delivers. Nobody re-keys it between departments.
Do I need all three areas of application?
No. Warehouse management is included from Core, and many operations start there. Manufacturing execution and proof of delivery are added on higher tiers when the operation needs them.
Let’s look at your warehouse.
We check your operation fits, then show you the flows that matter to you.
