What does Qwix cost?
Qwix Core starts from R19,000 ex VAT per month. Next and Flex are quoted to scope. The monthly subscription covers agreed Qwix modules, your licensed users, the hosted service on Azure, upgrades, support within agreed hours, and backup and recovery.
What is not included in the monthly price?
Implementation is a once-off cost. Hardware, labels and ribbons, connectivity and Wi-Fi, travel, additional integrations, exceptional data clean-up and custom workflows are quoted separately.
Which tier includes manufacturing execution and proof of delivery?
Warehouse management is included from Core. Manufacturing execution (MES) and proof of delivery (ePOD) are available on higher tiers. We confirm the right tier during the qualify step.
Do I need my own servers?
No. Qwix hosts the service on Microsoft Azure and keeps it upgraded to new releases.
What if my operation needs a workflow no tier covers?
Flex provides bespoke workflows or extensions on the same Qwix Framework. Each one is separately designed, estimated and governed, and quoted on its own.
